MobiFonds Swiss Property is a Swiss contractual real estate fund launched in 2013. The portfolio currently comprises 23 properties with a market value of approximately CHF 1.2 billion. Since inception, all properties in the portfolio have been newly developed, fully refurbished, or are under conversion, resulting in a young building stock with profitability and sustainability profile. The fund invests primarily in residential properties in urban locations and their immediate agglomerations across economically strong regions of Switzerland. Selected office and commercial uses provide additional diversification. The investment objective is to pursue sustainable long-term real estate exposure, focusing on value preservation and a continuous cash flow profile. Sustainability considerations have been embedded since launch and binding sustainability targets – including a climate alignment approach with a net-zero greenhouse gas emissions ambition by 2050 – are anchored in the fund contract.

In 2025, the 48 real estate funds listed on SIX Swiss Exchange recorded CHF 12.3 billion in turnover across more than 500,000 trades, setting a new record. This represents a 13.5% increase in trading volume versus the previous year. Additionally, 74% of trading participants active in real estate funds increased their on-book activity in 2025.

Cedric Lang, responsible for indirect real estate at Swiss Mobiliar Asset Management Ltd., comments: “We are pleased to list MobiFonds Swiss Property at SIX Swiss Exchange. Investors gain access to a high-quality, geographically diversified Swiss real estate portfolio with a clear focus on security, value preservation, and sustainability. Today’s listing expands the investment universe and further enhances the diversity and choice available to investors on the Swiss stock exchange.”
