As a financial market intermediary, SIX SIS AG carries out the administrative actions commissioned by you and acts as a creditor towards third parties. The credit relationship continues to be exclusively between you and the credit customer, and the credit customer’s legal position is not affected by the fiduciary administration of register promissory notes. In addition, the contracts on which the service is based preclude repledging, lending or other misappropriation of the register promissory notes by SIX SIS AG.

As a Credit Servicer

As a credit servicer, you let register promissory notes which you manage in your own books be administered by SIX SIS AG on a fiduciary basis. You conveniently brief the administrative trustee on the desired transactions via Terravis. We call this service to credit servicers ‘Nominee’ for short.

As Investor

As an investor, you authorise a credit servicer to let the register promissory notes pledged as security to your institution by this servicer be administered by SIX SIS AG. The credit servicer issues the orders for all administrative actions, while you can inspect the register promissory note account held in your name at any time. We call this service to investors ‘True Sale’ for short.

The control agreement does not apply to investors.
