Einfache Gesellschaft Terravis (EGT)

The purpose of “Einfache Gesellschaft Terravis” (EGT) is to ensure the smooth operation of SIX Terravis AG and the cantons affiliated with Terravis.
Its focus is on the interface between the Terravis, land registry, and official surveying domains.

TerrAudit

The TerrAudit association coordinates and conducts audits of third parties operating a cross-cantonal land registry data information portal.

Swiss Association for SWIFT & Financial Standards (SASFS)

The Swiss Association for SWIFT and Financial Standards (SASFS) unites financial service providers from Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The association promotes standardization in the financial sector and represents its members' interests in national and international bodies.

Schweizerischer Notarenverband (SNV)

The Schweizer Notarenverband (Swiss Notaries Association) advocates for the notarial profession in Switzerland, regardless of whether the notarial system in individual cantons is organized as public or private practice. The association is committed to impartiality regarding the nature of the notarial profession at both the cantonal and national levels.

The association supports its members, both collectively and individually, to the best of its ability and, as an umbrella organization, ensures the high quality of notaries and public deeds in Switzerland.

Federal Office of Justice (FOJ)

The Federal Office of Justice (FOJ) develops and drafts ordinances related to existing laws in the areas of Swiss civil, criminal, debt collection, and bankruptcy law; private international law; and constitutional and administrative law to some extent. These ordinances are enacted by the Federal Council.

As a center of legal expertise, the FOJ advises the Federal Council and the Federal Administration on matters of Swiss legislation and international treaties. The FOJ also facilitates the implementation of federal legislation in the cantons.

Information that used to require a trip to a government office or a phone call can now be accessed with a single click. This includes details on land parcels, such as any use restrictions, the agency responsible for maintaining the official cadastral survey, and the status and quality standards of the survey in the municipality.

Additionally, brochures, reports, technical articles, and other publications provide clear explanations of the Swiss cadastral system.

Conference of the "Schweizerische Grundbuchführung (KSG)"

The conference of the "Schweizerische Grundbuchführung (KSG)" (Swiss Land Registry) aims to promote the land registry system in Switzerland and represents the interests of Swiss land registry administrators at the federal level.
