On 1 October 2026, shares of Infomaniak SA began trading on SIX Swiss Exchange under the ticker symbol “INFO”. Based on an opening price of CHF 56.00 per share, the market capitalization of the listed B-Shares stood at approximately CHF 262 million. The company entered the public market through a reverse takeover of Perrot Duval Holding SA. With the transaction, Infomaniak also became the first certified B Corp and the first listed company on SIX focused exclusively on sovereign cloud services.
Founded in Geneva in 1994, Infomaniak has grown into an independent provider of cloud infrastructure and digital services. Its portfolio ranges from collaboration and AI solutions to data storage, web hosting and streaming. By gaining access to the capital market, the company is creating additional options to expand its infrastructure in Switzerland, further develop its services and pursue growth opportunities across Europe.
A Strong Signal for Swiss Technology and Capital Markets
The listing demonstrates how a homegrown technology company can scale while preserving its independence and long-term vision. It also strengthens the representation of the technology sector on SIX Swiss Exchange, broadening the range of investment opportunities available in the Swiss market. For SIX, Infomaniak brings a distinctive growth story to the exchange and underlines the role of the public market in increasing visibility, enhancing transparency, and connecting innovative Swiss companies with a broad investor base.
Infomaniak’s listing is an important milestone for Switzerland as a technology and innovation hub. The company demonstrates how innovative Swiss technology companies can grow, scale and access the Swiss public markets. I am particularly pleased that, as a SIX IPO Academy alumnus, Infomaniak’s journey to the public markets has now culminated in a successful listing.
