Inflation Rate

Applicable Inflation Rates for Contracts from SIX Financial Information

Refences to the “applicable published inflation rate” and/or to the “Inflation Rate” contained in any SIX Financial Information contractual document shall mean the following annual inflation rates:

  • for Contracts with SIX Financial Information in France: the Syntec index published by the Syntec Federation.
  • for Contracts with SIX Financial Information in the Benelux region: the MUICP index published by Eurostat.
  • for Contracts with SIX Financial Information in Morocco: the Consumer Price Index of Morocco published by the High Commission for Planning, Morocco.
  • for Contracts with SIX Financial Information in Singapore, the local Singapore CPI published by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
  • for Contracts with SIX Financial Information in Japan, the most recent Japan CPI published by the Bank of Japan. 
  • for Contracts with SIX Financial Information in all other countries, the annual Consumer Price Index (All Items) published by the OECD for the country in which the relevant SIX Financial Information entity is established.
