SIX welcomes Cronos Finance SA as a new issuer on SIX Swiss Exchange. The real estate fund increases the total number of mutual funds traded at the Swiss stock exchange to 44, which are listed by 23 different issuers. 41 of these funds are classified as real estate funds, including the newly listed CRONOS IMMO FUND available in CHF (ISIN CH0324608568).

Record Number of Transactions in Investment Funds
Cronos Finance SA is the first new real estate fund issuer joining SIX Swiss Exchange in 2022. A record number of more than 310,000 transactions in investment funds were made in the first eight months of the current year, 3.5% more than in the same period of the previous year. Trading turnover in investment funds amounted to CHF 6.4 billion in the first eight months of the current year, which is 0.4% more than in the same period of the previous year.
The CRONOS IMMO FUND Investments are made in directly owned, built or to be built properties and in urban areas mainly in the western part of Switzerland. The investment fund under Swiss law has a market value of CHF 772 million as of 30 June 2022. The aim of the fund is a stable and sustainable return through a defensive orientation of the real estate portfolio. The listing will make the fund, previously only available to qualified investors, accessible to all types of investors, including retail investors.
