With Zurich Invest AG, SIX welcomes another new real estate fund issuer at SIX Swiss Exchange. Their newly listed fund, the ZIF Immobilien Direkt Schweiz, is now open to private investors and available in CHF (ISIN CH0433089270).

Zurich Invest AG is the second new real estate fund issuer joining this year, after Sustainable Real Estate Ltd in September. With this new provider, the number of fund issuers increases to 24 and the total number of mutual funds traded at the Swiss stock exchange to 46, of which 43 are classified as real estate funds.

The fund's portfolio consists of 62 properties throughout Switzerland and is broadly diversified in terms of region, location and age. The market value as of the end of the financial year on 30 June 2023 was CHF 1,383 million. The properties of the portfolio are mostly located in very good locations across the major Swiss cities. The fund primarily focuses on the residential real estate sector.

Zurich Invest AG is a 100 percent subsidiary of Zurich Insurance Company AG and is responsible for the fund management of ZIF Immobilien Direkt Schweiz. It has a fund management license from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA).
