Setting up your account
Following the creation of your SIX account, you should receive a welcome email that includes a link to your account set up. If you can not find this email, be sure to look in your spam folder in case it landed there.
If you did not receive the welcome email, or you do not yet have an account with SIX, please contact your local support.
Accessing the SIX portal
To access the SIX portal go to: https://portal.six-group.com
If you have issues when logging into the SIX portal, try clicking the "Forgot password" link when you are asked to enter your password. You will be sent an authorisation email with an authentication code for increased security.
To log into the SIX portal, you may need to switch from your old credentials to your email address. You old credentials are your client ID (CH99999) and user ID (tkxxx).
