SIX Tax Score Explained

We recently launched an industry-first data service to simplify assessment of tax-related costs for the front-office. SIX Tax Score® currently covers Swiss, UK, French, Italian, Spanish and Luxembourgish tax jurisdictions and is designed to analyse the tax consequences of financial products by providing a tax efficiency score on an individual security level. This tax score can serve as an indicator of the future tax-related charges of investing in that security, but can also be used in the portfolio management investment process to find more suitable financial products from a tax-related cost perspective.
