The provided information will be used for the calculation of the free float factor. The free float is a component which is used for index calculations. For a detailed description of free float calculations, see Section 5.1.2 of the Rulebook governing Equity and Real Estate Indices.

Fundamentally deemed to be shares held in firm hands are shareholdings that have been acquired by one person or a group of persons in companies domiciled in Switzerland or Liechtenstein and which, upon exceeding or falling below the threshold values defined in Arts. 20ff. SESTA (3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 33 1/3, 50 and 66 2/3 % of the voting rights), have been reported to the SIX Swiss Exchange. The quantitative threshold values above are analogically applicable for foreign companies as well.

The Free Float form concerning domestic and foreign companies can be returned by e-mail, fax or via mailing.
