SIX to Provide Local Custody Services in Spain

As part of the successful integration of BME, SIX is ready to offer its clients and prospects direct market access to the Spanish Central Securities Depository (CSD). 
As of mid-October 2022, all clients of SIX with Spanish securities will benefit from a preferred service provision in Spain having direct communication channels across all services, which will considerably accelerate operational processes.
This will be possible via a direct link to the Spanish CSD, Iberclear.
