SIX offers several channels for digital debit card services. As an issuer, you can choose which channel to use for our digital services:

  • integratively via the debiX API and debiX PUSH
  • as a white label solution with the debiX+ App
  • as a supplement via the debiX portal

All channels can be combined flexibly for seamless integration into your bank's systems or for a ready-to-use digital customer experience.

debiX API

The debiX API is a powerful interface that allows banks and software providers to integrate new debit card services into their systems seamlessly and respond flexibly to market changes. The API meets the highest security standards, including PCI compliance, via certificate-based data exchange and masked PANs. The API supports hybrid integration models and ensures smooth data exchange between banks and SIX. SIX regularly provides new functions in line with the requirements of international schemes.

debiX PUSH

SIX is expanding its range of interfaces with debiX PUSH, a solution for near real-time processing of card events. The interface uses message queue technology to provide core banking systems and customer channels with up-to-date information immediately, such as in the event of card blocking or failed wallet provisioning. This optimizes processes and improves the customer journey.

debiX+ App

The debiX+ App provides customers with a comprehensive digital overview of their debit card. It enables:

  • Secure online payments with 3-D Secure and biometric two-factor authentication
  • Easy payment approval
  • Overview of all debit card transactions from the last 100 days (max. 200 entries)
  • Push notifications for new bookings or suspicious transactions
  • Management of digitally stored cards, including changing PINs, and viewing card details
  • Immediate card blocking or deletion
  • Management of user profiles and registered cards directly in the app 

debiX Portal

The debiX Portal is a web-based application that provides comprehensive debit card management. It offers:

  • Detailed insights into transactions and card usage
  • Monitoring of the configuration and use of the debiX+ App
  • Tracking of fraud cases and incorrect transactions
  • An intuitive user interface for efficiently processing of customer inquiries 

User-Friendly Digital Experience for Your Customers

As an issuer, you can choose which channel to use for our digital services: either integratively via the debiX API or as a white label solution using the debiX+ app. A combination of both is also possible.
