Board Essentials

Board Essentials is aimed at members of the boards of directors and executive management of listed or capital market-oriented companies. In cooperation with the Institute for Law and Economics at the University of St. Gallen (ILE-HSG), this education program provides essential knowledge on the rights, duties, and responsibilities of board members in a capital market environment.

The goal of the training is to optimally prepare board members for their role in a publicly listed company and to provide them with the necessary strategic understanding of corporate governance, capital market law, accounting, and other key topics.
