SWX Immobilienfonds Index

Included in the SWX Immobilienfonds Index are all exchange-listed real estate investment funds in Switzerland. They are weighted on the basis of their market capitalisation, and the index is recalculated every three hours. In computing the SWIIT performance index, dividend payments are reinvested, while such distributions are not reflected in the SWIIP price-based index.

Both indices were computed at the behest of Zürcher Kantonalbank for the first time on 3 January 1995 at an initial baseline level of 100 points. On 2 April 2002, the SIX Swiss Exchange took over both of these market barometers from ZKB and integrated them into the SWX Index Family.
