Admission to trading

Domestic and foreign securities that are not listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange may also be admitted for trading on the SIX Swiss Exchange, on condition that they have a primary listing on a stock exchange recognised by the SIX Swiss Exchange.

It therefore follows that they need neither a listing prospectus nor listing notice and that the information and reporting obligations for the maintenance of the trading admission are not as comprehensive for the individual securities as they would be if they were listed.

The information and reporting obligations that apply mainly to the information required for the pricing of the securities and the orderly settlement of trading are not to be fulfilled by the issuer but by the sponsoring securities dealer. There is no ad hoc publicity obligation.
